All returns must be postmarked within the warranty period. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
CyBuy – Online Shop provides a ninety (90) days warranty on all products. The warranty becomes effective after the order status becomes “completed”. If during the warranty period, you discover a defect in the product, then you can request a refund or replacement of the product. The warranty does not cover damage during delivery, careless use of the product, or if the product does not meet your expectations.
To submit a warranty return request, please go to “My Profile” in “My Orders” and fill in the required fields to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving an RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging, and mail your return to the address which we will give you.
- You will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.
- Only users with an account can receive an RMA number
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least three (3) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
For defective or damaged products, please contact us at the customer service number below to arrange a refund or exchange.
